It's our job to create a great world where this potential can flourish.

THE CHILD WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
THE DEVELOPMENTAL APPROACH TO INTERVENTION
As we have worked with many different types of children, from the time they were babies until they were babies until they were eight, nine, or ten years old, we have evolved a developmental model for working with children.

I couldn't agree more with that first quote! I also believe that children are born innately curious and ready to learn. Every child has the potential for their own unique greatness and it is our jobs as educators to find out what drives them and motivates them and use it!

I appreciate this quote because it serves as a reminder that all children, no matter what age, are evolving. Early childhood professionals have a responsibility to them to respect the process, and support their ever-changing worlds.
